Andrea Ciurte is a seasoned professional in the non-profit sector, currently excelling as the Corporate Outreach Liaison at CCIS. Before joining CCIS in 2019, Andrea held a leadership position overseeing the commercial functions of Petro-Canada Fuel and Retail, where she played a crucial role in driving growth, fostering innovation, and cultivating high-performing teams. Prior to that, she began her career as a Registered Nurse, Dental Assistant and Office Manager. 

In addition to her dedicated professional pursuits, Andrea actively engages in various community initiatives designed to promote collaboration, advance inclusivity, and enhance the overall well-being of the community. 

Andrea earned her Bachelor of Nursing degree from Vasile Goldiș Western University of Arad and is currently pursuing a Project Management Program at the University of Calgary. Andrea’s journey, which has taken her from healthcare to retail management and now to leadership roles in the non-profit and corporate sectors, underscores her unwavering commitment to pushing boundaries and driving positive change.
