Gloria Bathen has been the Administration Division Manager at CCIS since 2000. With a background in Business Administration, Gloria has effectively leveraged her skills and experience to enhance the operations at CCIS. Over the years, she has successfully managed and supervised several key areas, including reception services, the agency’s purchasing system, intake staff, and processes at the main office and a secondary location in the NW sector of the city.
In addition, Gloria has overseen the agency’s statistical data collection and submission system, playing a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Her management of IT provision, computer purchasing, and inventory for the entire agency has been exemplary. She has been an integral part of three successful Agency Accreditation Processes, ensuring the highest standards of service and operations. Additionally, she oversees the provision of security at the main office.
Throughout her tenure, Gloria has witnessed and contributed to the dynamic growth of CCIS, expanding from a team of 4 employees to over 500.
