Yuliia Lebid serves as the Program Coordinator for the Digital Literacy Exchange Program (DLEP) at CCIS. She is also an Instructor/Client Support for CCIS’s Ukrainian Employment Project (UEP). She holds a PhD in Education and has over a decade of experience in lecturing, instructional design, facilitation, and administrative management at a leading higher education institution in Ukraine.
Yuliia’s passion for digital technologies and her desire to spread digital literacy led her to become an active participant in the international ERASMUS+ DiComFra project, developing in collaboration with leading European educational institutions a framework for digital competencies for teachers and citizens. During the 2020 COVID pandemic, as part of an initiative group, she created an online lesson model for art education, which was utilized by approximately 1000 teachers in Ukraine.
Throughout her professional career, Yuliia has passionately researched and selected effective digital tools, assisting her colleagues and students in mastering their digital skills. Yuliia, a digital champion at heart, is devoted to embodying the idea of spreading digital literacy through informal, trust-based one-on-one interactions. She believes that passion and enthusiasm for spreading digital literacy can make a significant change in the society.
