Heidi is the Program Facilitator for the Information & Technology Bridging Program (ITBP). With a rich background spanning four years in various education environments, including roles in music studio teaching assistance, private academic tutoring, and nonprofit job training, Heidi brings a wealth of expertise to her position.
In 2023, Heidi earned her diploma in Library Information Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). Her education extended beyond the confines of traditional libraries, encompassing a solid foundation in IT and records and information management, refined through her practicum.
Heidi has a proven track record of tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of her clients, creating a welcoming experience and an inclusive environment for everyone she serves.
