Home / Interpretation & Translation Service
With the intent of increasing language access within our community, CCIS established a fee-for-service program designed to assist the clients we serve. By providing professional interpretation services to public, private and non-governmental agencies, we ensure that immigrants and refugees, with limited English, are able to access services in their first language.
We are committed to offering accurate and effective language interpretation services that uphold the ethical performance standards of the industry. Our interpreters do everything possible to navigate the nuanced understanding of culture.
CCIS’ Interpretation and Translation Services are accessible to our clients and partners seven days a week, available in-person, online, or by phone from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.Â
Interpretation requests can be made through the following methods:Â
Please provide your details, including your name, contact information, target language, and urgency level. We commit to responding to all interpretation requests in less than 24 hours, with an even shorter follow-up time for emergency situations.Â
We accept translation submissions through email or in-person at our office. Both original and electronic translation copies are available. The standard completion time for translations is 3-4 business days. However, more intricate, or formatted documents may require additional time for thorough and accurate translation. Â
