On August 26, 2026, Brooks & County Immigration Services (BCIS) welcomed seniors for a day of connection, creativity, and community at its Seniors Day celebration.
Participants enjoyed a chair yoga session, a hands-on clay workshop led by Marisol Duven, and a shared lunch that provided opportunities to socialize and build new connections. The event was delivered through the New Horizons for Seniors Program, which supports social inclusion, community engagement, and well-being for seniors.
