Active Engagement and Integration Project - AEIP

Funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Active Engagement and Integration Project (AEIP) provides free pre-arrival settlement and employment services for eligible clients to aid their smooth transition to life in Canada.

The following services are available to you:

  • One-on-One Guidance: Tailored support to help clients confidently navigate settlement and employment in Canada.
  • Assessment and Plans: Personalized assessments, action plans, and targeted referrals to local resources to support a smooth transition.
  • Employment-Related Services: Job search strategies, resume and cover letter guidance, foreign credential recognition, mentorship, and access to virtual job fairs.
  • Community Connections: Opportunities to build connections with established community members and improve your local social network.
  • Workshops and Resources: Access to live workshops and self-guided tools on life, work, and education in Canada.

How To Apply

CCIS is AEIP’s partner for clients immigrating to the province of Alberta. We answer any questions clients may have about their future city and provide informative resources regarding their industries, current labour market, and settlement topics such as schooling, housing, language training and others.
