Monika brings over 20 years of expertise at CCIS, contributing significantly to the implementation and delivery of diverse training programs. Commencing with a single program in 2001, she has played a pivotal role in the remarkable expansion to 11 approved programs, showcasing ten-fold growth. Monika has not only pioneered publicly funded initiatives but has also been instrumental in the development of privately funded training projects. Her integral involvement in program design, development, and efficient delivery has consistently yielded successful outcomes. Working closely with the team, Monika actively contributes to developing proposals that align with market needs, securing crucial funding for valuable training opportunities. Her outstanding talent, business acumen and professionalism have earned her the respect of colleagues across private industry and government sectors alike.
