Are you a foreign-trained STEM professionals with post-secondary education and experience in the energy sector-related fields who are facing barriers to employment in Alberta? Empowering Newcomers for Energy Resilience and Leadership in Carbon Neutral Careers (ENERLINC) program is designed to help you transition into Alberta’s carbon-neutral careers. The program focuses on building the contextual knowledge, communication and career navigation skills needed to transition successfully into Alberta’s evolving carbon neutral workforce.

Through specialized training, you’ll gain the knowledge, skills, and support needed to pursue meaningful employment in Alberta’s evolving energy economy and carbon neutral careers by highlighting transferable skills and market yourself confidently to employers.
