2.High River Public Library: 909 1 St SW, High River, AB T1A5
Winners will be announced on March 21st at the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (IDERD) Event in Okotoks at the Viking Rentals Centre. Winners from High River will be announced at the High River Public Library.
