Brooks and County Immigration Services – a project of CCIS Providing newcomers and temporary foreign workers with comprehensive services to support settlement and integration in Medicine Hat, Redcliff, Bow Island, Cypress County, the County of Forty Mile and area.
We help foreign workers develop the life skills they need to reach their full economic potential. We foster self-reliance and adaptability during the time our clients live and work in Alberta, whether it is temporarily, or as they transition to permanent residency.
The Medicine Hat Local Immigration Partnership is a collaborative community initiative dedicated to increasing a sense of belonging among newcomers in the community of Medicine Hat and area. MHLIP is focused on supporting welcoming initiatives, creating a culture of inclusion, and integrating newcomers into economic develop. MHLIP engages stakeholders including employers, agencies, community, and immigrants. Together MHLIP acts as an incubator for ideas, measures trends, identify needs, and mobilize appropriate community resources to meet newcomer needs.
