Support for TFWs Affected by Wildfires

In light of the recent wildfires affecting Jasper and other parts of Alberta, we at CCIS extend our heartfelt support to all temporary foreign workers impacted by this challenging situation.

SERVICE DETAIL

TFW Hub

Introducing the TFW Hub, a collaborative effort spanning across the prairies, led by the Calgary Catholic Immigration Society (CCIS) in conjunction with 14 prominent service providers across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Our mission? To offer comprehensive, free-of-charge services tailored to the unique needs of temporary foreign workers throughout the region.

Thanks to funding from Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), the TFW Hub stands as a centralized repository of information, assistance, and resources. Whether you’re a temporary foreign worker under the Temporary Foreign Workers Program, Seasonal Agricultural Workers Program, International Mobility Program, or Post-Graduate Work Permit Program, we’re here to support you.

Facilitating this initiative are three key umbrella organizations: the Alberta Association of Immigrant Serving Agencies (AAISA), the Saskatchewan Association of Immigrant Settlement Integration Agencies (SAISIA), and the Manitoba Association of Newcomer Serving Organizations (MANSO). Through capacity building and ongoing support, these entities empower our partner organizations to deliver top-tier services to temporary foreign workers across the prairies.
