We provide comprehensive assistance to young refugees who have recently arrived, for a period of 12-18 months. Our aim is to help them overcome any obstacles they may encounter during their settlement process. We assign a dedicated Youth Case Manager to work closely with each individual, in order to create a tailored care plan that is focused on their specific goals and needs.
