In July, the Enhanced Settlement and Community Services (ESCS) program of CCIS delivered an Anti-Bullying Workshop for children participating at the Genesis Centre, in partnership with the Calgary Bridge Foundation for Youth (CBFY). Created in response to strong community interest, the workshop provided a safe and engaging space for young participants to learn about kindness, respect, inclusion, and how to respond to bullying.

The session saw participants actively engaging in discussions and activities while gaining valuable lessons they can apply at school and in their daily lives. Feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the importance of helping children build confidence, empathy, and healthy relationships within their communities.
