With 15 years of proficiency in customer service and management, Lorelie promotes positive relationship with clients, provides clear and accurate information and addresses concerns promptly. Her knowledge of the different programs offered by CCIS-YYCTrades Training Programs and her extensive experience in customer service made her effective in her role as an Intake Officer. Lorelie processes applications, collects required documents, and communicates with all clients who are interested in CCIS-YYCTrades Training Programs. Lorelie’s dedication and expertise make her an invaluable member of the YYCTrades Training Programs team, ensuring that clients receive the support and information they need to embark on their training journey.Â
