Yana is a collaborative and result-oriented professional with over 10 years of experience in customer service. She plays a vital role in supporting the coordination and delivery of effective training programs at YYCTrades Training Programs. Yana actively contributes to the development and administration of various aspects of the YYC Trades Training Programs to ensure the efficient setup and delivery of training commitments. Her dedication and expertise greatly contribute to the success of the training programs.
