CCIS Earns CARF Accreditation for the Fourth Time

We are proud to share that CCIS has once again achieved a three-year accreditation from CARF International, reaffirming our commitment to excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement in serving newcomers and the broader community.

This marks CCIS’s fourth successful CARF survey, an achievement that reflects the collective efforts of staff across the organization.

The accreditation is a testament to the compassion, professionalism, and dedication that define CCIS. Whether supporting clients directly or working behind the scenes, our staff play an essential role in creating welcoming pathways, opportunities, and support systems for newcomers and their families.

Special recognition goes to Diane Fisher, Special Projects Advisor, whose leadership and coordination were instrumental throughout the accreditation process. Her hard work, expertise, and commitment helped ensure a successful survey and showcase the excellence that exists throughout the organization.

As we celebrate this milestone, we also recognize that accreditation is more than a certificate. It reflects our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality services and responding to the evolving needs of newcomers and the communities we serve.

Congratulations and thank you to our staff, partners, and the communities we work with. This achievement is a reflection of your contributions and support. Together, Team CCIS continues to make a lasting difference in the lives of newcomers across Southern Alberta.
