Immigrant Youth Employment Opportunity
The Skills Elevate Youth Employment Program for immigrant and refugee youth ages 15–30 is accepting registrations for its next class, which begins on July 6.
The Pathway to Integration program is a 13-week course that helps participants prepare for employment by developing essential job-search skills, including:
- Resume and cover letter writing
- Interview preparation and skills
- Understanding Canadian workplace culture
- Online job applications
- Computer skills
- And much more
After completing the course, participants receive one-on-one support from program staff to help them secure permanent, full-time employment.
