The CCISÂ Building Maintenance Worker (BMW) Training Program is a one-of-a-kind full-time training program specifically designed for individuals who are seeking academic upgrading, and to learn the basic skills of a maintenance worker. This will help you become competent in your field, with the ability to build and grow your career in the building maintenance industry.
By completing the program, you will have the required skills to make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation and, appliances, in addition to performing routine maintenance jobs such as plumbing, electrical systems, painting and drywall repair. You will receive training on proper sanitization, disinfection, facility disposal/recycling systems, and ensuring the security and safety of a building. The foundational supports provided allow you to pursue 5th Class Power Engineering Certification for future career development.Â
